Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the shipping costs for the return if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. This period includes: - the transit time required for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), - the processing time for your return once received (3 to 5 working days), - the time needed for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order via the Complete Orders link in the My Account menu, and then click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

Delivery

We can ship to almost any address in Europe. Please note that some restrictions apply and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the carrier you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on their weight. Each item's weight is listed on its description page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest whole kilo.
